Project Management & Leadership
Supervise all engineering and construction activities from initial planning and design review through final turnover and close-out.
Develop, manage, and control project schedules (time), resource allocation (scope), and budget tracking (cost) to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Lead and mentor the entire project team, including the Construction Manager, site engineers, and administrative staff, fostering a high-performance, quality-focused culture.
Approve major project expenditures, material procurements, and manpower requests based on project needs and budgetary constraints.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all project-related issues, progress updates, and resolution of scope changes.
Report project status (progress, issues, financial health, and QA metrics) concisely and regularly to the President.
