JOB DESCRIPTION

·Responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
·Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
·Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
·Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams
·Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges
·Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements
