Role Summary

This role is responsible for managing the pre-construction phase of commercial building projects, with a strong focus on bid submissions, design coordination, and commercial value optimisation . Reporting to the Bid Submissions Manager, the Project Manager (Pre-Construction) supports tender preparation from RFQ review through to handover for construction delivery, ensuring accurate scope, pricing, risk identification, and early subcontractor engagement across multiple projects.

The role suits an experienced construction professional who can independently manage timelines, costs, documentation, and stakeholder coordination in a collaborative, non-micromanaged environment, while contributing to strong commercial outcomes and high-quality submissions.
