Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
- A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
