Job Description

Build complex, mission-critical projects and see your work make an immediate impact.

If you’re a Project Manager who thrives on ownership, complexity, and delivering results that truly matter, this role offers the chance to lead high-visibility projects from concept through completion, without bureaucracy slowing you down.

You’ll step into a position where your judgment is trusted, your leadership matters, and your ability to solve problems is valued. This is a fast-moving, hands-on environment where no two projects are the same and where strong project managers are given the autonomy to run their work like a business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical detail with client-facing leadership, wants exposure to innovative manufacturing and construction methods, and is motivated by seeing projects successfully delivered in demanding, real-world environments.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from initial planning through final delivery. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.

You’ll be successful here if you’re self-directed, organized, and comfortable making decisions. This is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, takes pride in execution, and finds satisfaction in navigating challenges to achieve strong outcomes.

  • Support procurement of specialized materials and equipment

  • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and files

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Implement company policies, procedures, and project management processes

  • Independently manage daily priorities while planning for long-term objectives
