Project Manager, Problem Reporting

We are looking for a Project Manager, Problem Reporting to join our Shelby team!

As our Project Manager, Problem Reporting you will, lead the collection prioritization, root cause/corrective action, and reporting of all issues identified during development, requirements validation, design verification, safety of flight and flight certification campaigns of mechanical hardware, electrical hardware and software on new product introduction (NPI projects). This role is part of the Sensor and Actuation divisions electrical and software team, reporting to management of that department. You will have passion and experience leading teams in a matrix engineering organization.

Location: Shelby, NC

Salary: $113,900 to $164,500 + bonus opportunity
