Project Manager / Project Engineer @ DataCenter

Responsible for overseeing the entire project site, managing, and leading the projects to ensure the smooth implementation of daily site activities.

Organize, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team, both internal and external, on relevant projects.

Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, sub-contractor, and supplier involved.

To inspect and monitor construction works in accordance with approved specifications and drawings.

Identify, analyses, evaluate, and decide on solutions to all technical and site issues.

Conduct site inspection on a regular basis to review progress, procuring and allocating resources to ensure a timely completion of the project, while avoiding unnecessary penalties.

Working within budget by adequately estimating the costs, cutting unnecessary expenses and minimize material wastage.

To report project progress to top management from time to time.
