Project Manager - Project Execution

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts during the course of the work to ensure compliance with proposed design, material specifications, budget, contract, and schedule.
• Review consultants' submitted work products and recommend adjustments as appropriate.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work, delegate responsibilities to your team.
• Ensure availability 24/7 and immediate response for emergency works.
• Implement RTA general policy and maintenance and services management regarding maintenance and operation works.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of the annual plan for preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance, and coordinate with the Safety Department concerning safety matters.
• Determine scope of work, prepare requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, and participate in the selection of consultants for projects.
