Responsibilities

  • Managing project teams in establishing project concept, design direction and development of design & specification, establish preliminary budget for the projects.
  • Prepare Project brief, master implementation program and cost feasibility study.
  • Manage project teams to ensure on time calling and award of contract.
  • Stay abreast of authority processes, procedures and any latest statutory requirements / policies.
  • Monitor and follow up with consultants ensuring on timely submission of KM, BP & Infra Plan including preparation of drawings, LCP report, TIA report and other required documentations prior to submission and approval.
  • Participate in site related matters & attending site meetings, site inspection and coordination in ensuring site matters are resolved in a promptly and timely manner.
