• Candidates with Project Manager experience
• Drive IT transformation initiatives by leading planning, execution, governance, and progress tracking across global and local teams.
• Develop and standardize frameworks, templates, and processes to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, Tribe Leads, and delivery teams to align objectives and ensure smooth rollout.
• Manage project operations , including workshops, timelines, risks/issues, reporting, budgets, and resource planning.
• Promote Agile practices, communication, and continuous improvement , supporting change management and knowledge sharing throughout the transformation journey.
