We are leveraging our domain expertise, regulatory knowledge and technology experience
to architect innovative products and disrupt the Insurance value chain from Customer
Acquisition to Engagement.
About The Role
We are looking for a professional with 10–12 years of progressive experience, who has
grown from being a hands-on developer into a confident leader and project manager. You
should bring 2–3 years of development experience (Java preferred), followed by leadership
roles as Team Leader a module or project lead,or a QA Lead too. Over the past years, you
should have taken ownership as a Project Manager, successfully delivering at least 1–2
projects end-to-end with strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies,
with the judgment to know when and how to apply each.
