Key Responsibilities:

• Governance Strategy & Execution

o Design and implement programme governance frameworks tailored to organizational needs.

o Define and enforce standards, controls, and escalation paths across programmes.

o Align governance with enterprise risk, compliance, and delivery models.

• Tooling & Automation

o Build and maintain advanced Jira workflows, dashboards, and Confluence spaces for programme visibility.

o Integrate governance processes with Agile tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Jira Portfolio)

• Reporting & Value Stream Management

o Develop value stream maps and reporting structures to track delivery outcomes across programmes.

o Provide executive-level reporting on programme health, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.

• Process Improvement

o Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.

o Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in delivery and governance processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement

o Collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery leads, and PMO teams to ensure governance adoption.

o Facilitate programme-level ceremonies, retrospectives, and governance reviews.
