Overall Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role
As Project Manager, your primary responsibility is managing all project coordination and field activities for quantitative and qualitative research projects. This includes responsibility and oversight of budget management, ensuring timely project completion, and coordination with stakeholders such as clients, research teams, and vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning: outlining the timeline, developing the budget, and determining the resources required.
- Resource Management: managing and negotiating with vendors, determining and obtaining the appropriate equipment and materials required for a successful project.
- Budget Management: monitoring and controlling expenses and proactively managing costs to ensure the project stays within the budget. Negotiating with vendors frequently to secure lower costs and preferable contract terms.
