Project Manager - Rail Operations

Contract: 6 months with potential long term extension.

The Role

A global mining company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver two new digital products in its rail operations domain:

• A rail crew and rostering optimisation tool.
• A coordinator planning and task scheduling tool that gives real‑time demand and supply views and automates crew allocation.

You will own delivery from definition and design through build, integration, implementation and transition to operations, working across digital, technology, rail operations and the external vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of rail optimisation and rostering software projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues to clear milestones.
