Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while working
closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve managing project timelines,
resources, and client expectations to ensure successful completion of projects aligned with
business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project goals.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation and contingency
plans to minimize impact on delivery.
Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to ensure
smooth project execution.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage
expectations.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed college with 2-5 years of experience as a Project
Manager in technology-driven projects, preferably in community health or public health
sectors.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
