We are searching for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will work closely with various departments, including creative, technical, and account management teams, to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage all phases of project development, from initiation to closure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitor and manage project team performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Implement quality control measures and review processes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
