We’re supporting a leading bank in the region to hire a Project Manager – Retail Banking Operations . This is working on the Card Center side of the business to drive large-scale transformation across cards operations, processing, migration, and operational excellence initiatives.

This role suits a hands-on delivery leader with strong banking operations exposure and the ability to work across business, technology, vendors, and compliance teams.

Key Experience

• Retail banking operations / Cards / Card Center projects
• End-to-end project delivery (process optimisation, system migration, operational transformation)
• Solid governance, RAID, budgeting and delivery discipline
• Banking / financial services background essential
