This position requires recent experience leading an enterprise software implementation for local government land permitting, plan review, inspection, and code enforcement. Ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with one or more commercial Community Development and Regulation software packages. Active PMP preferred. If prior VA state agency experience as a Project Lead or PM, please make sure you upload a completed reference from that agency manager under the Reference Tab in Vector. Having this will be a big plus for your candidate
