Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Saffron Walden + Site Visits
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Term: Permanent
Hours: Office hours 8am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday. Site hours will vary
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver specialist projects from contract award through to final handover. You'll take ownership of programme, budget, resourcing, site delivery and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are completed safely, compliantly, and to the required quality standards.
This would suit a Project Manager with experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end, from contract award through to final handover (including snagging, handover docs and client sign-off)
Own and maintain programme, budget and resource plans; track progress, costs and risks and take corrective action where needed
