Project Manager, Sales

Role Type: Hybrid (office, field, and job site visits)

Target Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 (base salary & incentives) DOE

The Project Manager is a sales-driven role responsible for generating, closing, and growing project work directly with general contractors and owners. This position focuses on actively selling Kaloutas’ trade services (painting, flooring, fireproofing) while managing estimates and ensuring smooth handoff to operations.

• Drive revenue through new business development, expansion of existing accounts, and marketing-generated leads
• Actively call on general contractors, trade partners, and owners to generate project opportunities
