Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager – Salesforce & Integration Projects for our client.
Role overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to drive client-facing Salesforce and integration deliveries across North America (NAM) and Europe (EUR). You will own end-to-end execution across Salesforce ecosystem programs and internal initiatives, bringing structure, momentum, governance, and clear client communication.
This role requires regular overlap with EST working hours to align with client teams.
What you will own
Delivery and program ownership
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce ecosystem projects (Salesforce core, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Mule Soft) and internal initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, concise, and proactive communication
Drive project planning and execution including project charters, kickoff decks, WBS, success criteria, risk and issue logs, and project closure
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, presales, and internal PMO stakeholders
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks including agile ceremonies, reporting, and release management processes
Track, monitor, and optimize project efforts, timelines, and budgets; escalate risks early with mitigation strategies
Facilitate collaboration across tools such as Jira and Azure Dev Ops
Champion continuous improvement in project management practices, introducing frameworks and automation to reduce reactive work
Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive engagement and high-quality delivery
Manage integration of multiple platforms with Salesforce to ensure seamless data and process flows
Required skills and experience
4 to 8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce or Saa S project management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with global clients
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and team motivation skills
Ability to regularly work with EST time zone overlap
Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or MS Project
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, including Salesforce clouds, release cycles, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Mule Soft, and Copado or other Dev Ops tools
Good-to-have capabilities
Proactive and idea-driven approach with the ability to anticipate risks and suggest improvements
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications
Experience managing integration projects across ERP, finance, or other cloud platforms
Strong presentation and deck-building skills for leadership and client-facing sessions
Familiarity with AI, automation, or PMO structuring practices
Who you should be
Problem solver who creates clarity and resolves challenges proactively
Consultant mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions
Entrepreneurial owner who drives momentum even in ambiguous situations

Why this role
