We are looking for a Project Manager for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end programme management of M&A GTM integration workstreams, from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional functional leads across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and related teams.
  • Drive project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively solve issues.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting and communications.
  • Manage meetings and workshops with international teams, including US-based stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes and ways of working.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in project or programme management within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level communication.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and go-to-market processes.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to attend meetings with US teams up to 7–8pm CET.
  • Experience in M&A integration or strategic transformation projects is a strong plus.
