Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams ensuring proper Agile practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, health checks, workshops
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop project plans, resource allocation, and budget needs
• Establish and mature project management practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships
• Coordinate and deliver technical projects across multiple teams
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Create and maintain transparent documentation and reports
• Manage project execution and deliver on time and within budget
• Conduct project risk analysis and communicate risks effectively
