• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery, from project initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and external implementation vendors.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and decision-making forums.
• Oversee SAP functional streams, including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure proper change management, cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
