Job Description
Responsibilities:
Acts as a strategic liaison between Group IT and the enterprise's back office functions, including Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Audit
Identify Back office business needs, translating them into IT-enabled solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Facilitate regular Back office cadence meetings (e.g. monthly/bi-monthly) with country teams to track SAP, Back office, HCM related digital transformation progress
Drive automation of Back office (including HR) using tools like RPA, OCR, and SAP HCM etc
Lead the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll, with a focus on automation and process standardization.
