Job Description
This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, coaches the team on Agile principles, ensures adherence to the Scrum framework, removes impediments, tracks progress and metrics, communicates with stakeholders, manages project scope, budget, and timeline, and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality products.
**Responsabilities and functions**:
- Ensures Scrum principles and approaches are correctly understood by the development team and stakeholders, maximizing team performance.
- Monitors and improves Scrum processes and project progress, assisting in resolving impediments in the development process.
- Fosters self-organization and collaboration within the Scrum team, shielding the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on the agreed sprint goals.
- Facilitates daily stand-up meetings.
- Identifies and resolves project roadblocks.
