𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐌 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬<br />

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:<br />
• Own delivery of Quote 1-3 milestones across multiple workstreams.<br />
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.<br />
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.<br />
• Coordinate across engineering, SMEs, QA, and client stakeholders.<br />
• Track metrics, velocity, and delivery KPIs.<br />
• Ensure governance, documentation, and release readiness.<br />
<br />
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:<br />
• Agile/Scrum certification<br />
• Experience managing AI/Data programs<br />
• Strong stakeholder communication<br />
• Risk and dependency management
