Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology , or a related field

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Project Management

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master , with strong hands‑on exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Proven experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including:

    • Sprint Planning

    • Daily Stand‑ups

    • Sprint Reviews

    • Retrospectives

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile models) and Agile best practices

  • Hands‑on experience with Project Management and Agile tools , such as:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
