Roles &Responsibilities Program Delivery · Responsible for finalizing and documentingscope · Builds an program governance to establish effective controls bringingthe right leaders to the table, enabling decision making to align withstrategic priorities · Partners with suppliers and cross functional team todevelop an integrated project plan and monitor/control the plan

· Evaluatesoverall risk and develop/manage mitigation plan · Drives supplier teams to meetdelivery and quality expectations, and achieve project milestones · ProvidesIndustry expertise to reduce program risks and improve efficiency, quality, anduse of resources · Supports guidance for cross-program and cross-functionalpriorities and decision making · Actively monitors and mitigates overall risksin support of leadership objectives · Day to day project work, contacts, andcoordination will occur with the client and specialist(s) counterparts, asappropriate · Supports day to day program deliverables, steering committeereport outs, status, etc. to support Client PM overall integrator’s stakeholdermanagement · Monitors HR-led Hypercare facilitation, case managementcoordination between Client and Suppliers and supporting employee escalationsas appropriate
