Project Manager (Property Development & Construction)

We are a growing property development group based in Nibong Tebal , managing residential and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction works from pre-construction to CCC
  • Oversee consultants, contractors, and site teams
  • Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timeline
  • Prepare and track work programmes, progress reports, and claims
  • Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, and approvals
  • Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
