Project Manager

The Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the project goals, scope, and objectives in alignment with Program Manager/ Integral Project Manager

2. Ensuring clear and consistent communication within the project team and with stakeholders to gather the inputs

3. Establish the required deliverables from CFT

4. Work together with project manager to add and assign the right privileges for project team members in PLM system (Windchill), Time entry (Planisware) etc.

5. Create schedule with Network Diagram for all DHF deliverables

6. Create the resource and cost tracking for the project

7. Monthly resource allocation report generation

8. Milestone baseline creation and generate audit report

9. Set up Daily Management boards and maintain

10. Communicating project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
