Project Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee smart lock & smart living solution projects from planning to completion
• Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate project timelines, site progress, and deliverables
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for project-based clients
• Support sales activities and follow up on project leads and opportunities
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and product presentations when required
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards (e.g. SIRIM / BOMBA if applicable)
• Prepare project reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Developer / Construction / Architect / Main Contractor / Government Projects
