Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to high‑rise or large‑scale developments
- In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement, and authority requirements
- Proven leadership in managing site teams, consultants, and contractors
- Strong coordination, reporting, and decision‑making skills
- Proficient in site scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery: scheduling, construction, quality control, and safety
- Coordinate with authority, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from pre‑construction planning
