    I've partnered with a national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects up to $150m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy 2026 with work secured until 2030.


    They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health, residential towers and more.


    My client is a looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Projects all around and close to Brisbane.

    With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experience Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

    Your Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred.

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety

  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)

  • Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors

  • Ideally 4 - 7 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+
