I am seeking experienced Project Managers & Senior Project Manager's with a background in client-side project management or project management consultancy roles who are eager to advance their careers.
 A leading project management consultancy specialising in diverse sectors including high-rise residential, Aged care, Retirement living, commercial, industrial, retail, education, health, and aged care. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional project outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.

The Role: As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager you will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, from initial development consent through to construction and completion. You will coordinate project stages, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with client objectives and company goals. This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing team and shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the acquisition and delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio.

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Utilize project management software and tools to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a client-side role, preferably within a construction or project management consultancy environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and build positive relationships.

Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve project objectives.

Experience with project management software and tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
