Project Manager / Senior

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate high-rise, landed, and mixed development projects, with immediate focus on the handover and completion of Phase I and the planning and execution of Phase II in Johor Tebrau Land and any other development projects within the region. This role requires proven expertise in project lifecycle management, stakeholder and authority liaison, documentation, manpower/resource planning, and risk management.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
