Role: PM with ServiceNow implementations experience

Contract length: 12 months, potential to extend

Location: downtown Toronto (King Street West/ Dufferin Street)

Hybrid Mode l: 3x per week on site (non negotiable)

Work hours per week: 37.5

Rate: depends on expertise level (targeting 80-90/hr, incorporated)

Role Overview

Lead a year-long, enterprise digital transformation, delivering end-to-end implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules . Responsible for legacy system transition, managing the implementation partner, and ensuring platform architecture aligns with long-term business objectives.

Role Focus: Lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of ServiceNow FSM, SOM, SPM, and Source-to-Pay , driving operational efficiency, order lifecycle improvement, portfolio alignment, and digitized procurement workflows.
