Job Responsibilities

Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Leads architecture/engineering firms and company engineers in developing initial project design criteria and layouts and schematic drawings for industrial construction projects. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique factory/ research lab operating requirements and building safety codes. Leads engineers, consultants, and company procurement professionals to develop bid documents for construction and facilities acquisition. Engages with legal to originate construction contract agreements consistent with project scope, value, and company risk profile.
