Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery.
Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare project dashboards and reports.
