Role Overview

1 year contract role at Capgemini’s Singapore manufacturing site. Lead Out-of-Box Failures (OOBF) and cost‑down projects, driving cross‑functional execution while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost‑down initiatives.
• Maintain schedule and budget; manage change control.
• Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions and identify cost‑down opportunities.
• Track savings and facilitate governance calls, preparing executive updates and maintaining transparent communication.
• Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols; monitor budget burn rate and support contracting processes.
