Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaises closely with clients, architects, consultants, main contractor, sub contractors, specialists and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
• Oversee the budget sheet of projects under your care and provide timely reports to the Managing Director on profit and attendance.
• Provide necessary comparisons and recommendations on shortlisted vendors, Subcontractors and Specialists before final confirmation by the Managing Director.
• Identify and present cost savings in terms of value engineering and secure approval from the Managing Director before submitting to the client.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, codes, standards and regulations.
• Manage all team members and ensure daily works are delivered to meet project requirements.
