Project Manager

THE ROLE
The Project Manager will support the Project Director and Business Director in planning and executing events, leading the initial concept to successful execution and exceeding clients' expectations through excellent project management of various lifestyle brand activations.
This role requires excellent independent event-planning skills and the ability to define project milestones and timelines and coordinate internal and external partners to ensure a successful and enjoyable event that meets the defined goals and expectations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop event proposal
Develop a project plan to execute event activation
Develop cost proposals and responsible projects reconciliation
Select partners from various disciplines to piece up any experiential items/deliverables, including evaluation of suppliers and services, supplier meeting scheduling, negotiating pricing and master agreements
Maintain project tracking compliance in project management tools
