Job Description
Position: Project Manager / Deputy Manager (Data Center)
Overview / Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and safety targets are met.
Support pre-sales and project tendering activities, including preparing proposals and coordinating with clients.
Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, managing resources, subcontractors, and on-site operations.
Attend project progress meetings, optimize schedules, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Prepare post-project reports, summarize lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future projects.
Qualifications / Requirements
Degree in Electrical, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Project Manager; data center project experience preferred.
