Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Coordinator to drive Agile delivery for enterprise digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will excel in sprint governance, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring smooth delivery across multi-vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.

Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies.

Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.

Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness.

Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Produce delivery dashboards and management reports.

Support release coordination, environment readiness, and go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years' experience as Scrum Master or Project Coordinator.
