Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marine construction projects such as dredging, wharf and pier construction, breakwaters, seawalls, and reclamation works.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee site operations, including supervision of Construction Managers, Superintendents, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and project performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, environmental, and operational challenges.
