Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Lead and manage a project team of 15 members.
Plan, monitor, and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional disciplines to meet schedules efficiently.
Manage project budgeting, cost control, quality, and overall performance.
Allocate resources and obtain approvals for required project support.
Provide guidance and solutions to team members on technical challenges.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams of 10+ members.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Systems (CCTV, IDS, EACS) or Automation / IT project execution.
Knowledge of security systems and interface protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP / CITPM certification and Class 3 driving license (with own vehicle) are a...
