Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Kick off the Mass hiring/Skilling project based on internal/external stakeholder requirement
  • Requirement gathering of the project, delegation of tasks to respective team members
  • Setting up timeline of different phases of project and execute it accordingly
  • Quality control of project metrics
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholder and efficient communication management
  • Define processes as per compliance and implementation into the project
  • Review of CSAT scorecard with respect to service provided and NPS (Net Promoter Score) with respect to to relationship building with customer
  • Experience in projects handling aligned to Mass Hiring/Skilling
  • Managing direct and dotted line cross functional teams, monitor and assess their performance as per KRA and KPI
  • Ensure IT Infrastructure readiness and updated dashboard about project status
  • Mandatory Skills:

    1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Mass Hiring/Skilling project management
