Roles & Responsibilities:
Kick off the Mass hiring/Skilling project based on internal/external stakeholder requirement Requirement gathering of the project, delegation of tasks to respective team members Setting up timeline of different phases of project and execute it accordingly Quality control of project metrics Collaboration with internal and external stakeholder and efficient communication management Define processes as per compliance and implementation into the project Review of CSAT scorecard with respect to service provided and NPS (Net Promoter Score) with respect to to relationship building with customer Experience in projects handling aligned to Mass Hiring/Skilling Managing direct and dotted line cross functional teams, monitor and assess their performance as per KRA and KPI Ensure IT Infrastructure readiness and updated dashboard about project status Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Mass Hiring/Skilling project management
