Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of the ongoing project.
2. Monitor the projects from start to finish and ensure project is completed within budgets and schedules.
3. Support the interior design team with site visits, measurements, and updates on project progress.
4. Collaborate with tenants/contractors on any documentation or issues related to the project to ensure smooth execution.
5. Coordinate resources (materials, labour, subcontractors, and others) to ensure they are ready and delivered to the project site on schedule.
6. Provide administrative support and any ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

1. 2 years of working experience in a related field.
2. Proficient in using AutoCAD and Excel.
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
4. Required languages: English/Mandarin/Malay.
