Responsibilities

include:

  • Assist the PL in developing and tracking detailed project plans and schedules
  • Identify obstacles and risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure clear communication of risks to project stakeholders and to management
  • Create, monitor, and report project milestones and performance metrics.

  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience, including supporting software development projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to assess a complex situations or problems and design effective plans or solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills of both direct reports and matrix style cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to mentor and coach others
