Sr. Project engineer oversees projects from start to finish (Industrial Air Filtration). He/She will manage the execution team from design phase to its completions as well as provide leadership to successful project implementation. The position requires the expertise to review and analyze technical requirements, the distribution of information through the department, and administrative abilities to make sure projects are deigned on time and well.
Other functions may involve conflict management and delegation of specific tasks to other employees.
